Snap In Capacitors
Panasonic offers many different types and series of Snap in
Capacitors. The development direction goes either in "smaller case size" or "long life and
very high ripple current"
The available CV values are 16V-500V and 33uF-100.000uF.
The temperature Range is 85°C - 105°C series with a maximum life time of 7000h @ 105°C.
Beside the standard 2-, 4- and 5- pin terminal configuration, Panasonic offers now also 3 pin types, which are the perfect solution to avoid wrong polarity.
For miniaturisation TS-UQ and TS-HC series is available. For High Ripple Current Panasonic is offering TS-ED and TS-EE series (over 7 Arms @ 10kHz)

Snap In Capacitor TS-EE Series
The TS-EE series has proven to be very effective when used in
continuous running applications and where ambient operating temperatures are high. These new
devices are available with working voltage ratings of 200V, 250V, 400V and 450V: the values
commonly used in power designs. The capacitance values range is starting from 300uF till 1800uF.
The guaranteed life is 3000 hours at 105°C with maximum rated ripple applied. Can sizes offered
range from 22mm x 25mm to 35mm x 50mm; devices are available in both two-pin style and three-pin
style.
