Panasonic will call you back within one hour, confirming your order and the availability of the part
- in case the part is available in Bracknell, it will be dispatched according to your instructions on the Emergency Order Sheet
- in case the part is not on stock, it will be ordered at the factory under emergency conditions, which means the part, if on stock will be dispatched ex factory within 48 hours, and shipped to your destination, according to your instructions on the Emergency Order Sheet

- as soon as part is taken over by the shipping agent and available in Bracknell
- within 48 hours, for parts ex Japan
