Banner Customer Service Panasonic Factory Solutions Europe welcomes your order by fax during our business hours Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (CET), UK office 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (GMT) or using our online system.

On all orders your order type priority (see below) must be stated. All mail orders will be handled the day arriving at our office.

Priority 1

  • Total system breakdown = production stop
  • Only spare parts in necessary quantities
  • Lead time if order received between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
    > If part is in stock in Hamburg: same day courier shipment
    > If part is not in stock: shipment from global Panasonic company with least delay
  • For order received after 5 pm, weekends and holiday: refer to Emergency Service

Priority 2

  • Zero stock replenishment
  • Standard orders
  • Spare parts only in quantities depending on stock availability
  • Lead time
    > Large percentage ex stock: partial shipment possible within 2 days
    > Total order to be completed latest after 8 weeks

Priority 3

  • Standard orders for initial stock, overhauling, replenishment
  • Long term inventory planning
  • Spare parts, accessories, adjustment and maintenance tools
  • Lead time approx. 8 weeks
