EU Countries- DDP by Courier Service
- DDP by Forwarder / truck (for heavy shipments only)
Non-EU Countries
- DDU by Courier Service

Other terms of shipment are possible and are to the account of the individual order. Deliveries to Non-EU countries depend on the specific embargo / import regulations of the country in question. Partial shipments reserved.
Non-registered spare parts
Spare parts not included in the spare parts list, will be procured if this does not effect our quality standards. Procurement and delivery of such parts may involve a longer lead time. For technical clarification upon ordering the following information is needed:
- Type of machine, NM-number, serial number, production number
- Machine section in which part is located
- Drawing and Position Number as well as a copy of the Parts List
Delivery guarantee
Panasonic Service guarantees spare parts delivery for a period of 5 years for electrical and 7 years for mechanical parts, after discontinuation of machine model production. All delivery is subject to technical modifications of the spare parts.
Prices
Currency: Euro (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP)
- Price validity according to latest price list
- Payment condition: 10th of following month after date of invoice, due to arrive on our account
Return shipments of any spare part cannot be accepted, except for warranty parts and repair
goods.
