This successful concept in Panasonic product marketing is based mainly on the synergy effects for the customer resulting from the united front presented by the two areas of industrial batteries and charging technologies. Complimentary products, time and cost savings for the customer, as well as the fact that only one supplier has to be contacted for all aspects of the power supply, clearly demonstrate the advantages of this "everything from one source" concept. Furthermore, proven Panasonic product characteristics, such as long-life and safety, ensure product quality and hence also customer satisfaction in the future.
