Panasonic Wire Booster solving your wire feeding problems
The Wire Booster assists the wire feeding between the pail pack and the wire-feeding unit of a robot welding system or a manual power source.
The driving rollers of the Wire Booster are separated from the running motor through a magnetic clutch. The wire is fed by the magnetic clutch, as soon as the main drive of the robot employs force on the wire. Through this functional principle the Wire Booster does not necessarily have to be connected or synchronised with the main drive.Wire feeding problems can now be solved fast and without any unnecessary installation.
