The new generation of welding robot systems

Panasonic is really a trendsetter with the new developed Robot Welding System  TAWERS

(The Arc WElding Robot System). It’s a great improvement in productivity and quality, especially for the automotive industry.

Based on the included “Fusion-Technology” TAWERS combined robot control with welding power source control and melted them together into one single system.

All activity control like data processing and programming sequence for the power source, the wire feeder and the robot are combined on a 64Bit CPU-Circuit-Board. This technology provides a data rate transfer that is up to 250-times faster than before.

The result is unique.
